    Good advice, Mike. We certainly want to make sure they are at their best mentally when they are dealing with legal issues. Dad and I both seem to think better in the morning, so that works for us. Unfortunately, lately he is getting worse in the late afternoon and evening than he was before. Definitely cause for concern. Thanks for the tip.
